Pub lunch in the UK

Twenty eight day aged rump steak loaded into a giant Yorkshire pudding with sage and onion stuffing. Served with gourmet chips, peas, horseradish sauce and gravy.

Pub food in the UK

The first time I tried to order this was in a pub in Haywards Heath. But the girl behind the bar shook her head and I think I know why.

It’s not nice.¬†Too dry. Too heavy.

Not what I imagined. A slightly crispy Yorkshire Pud? Not so, it is served as a wrap and should be avoided.
