The first time I tried to order this was in a pub in Haywards Heath. But the girl behind the bar shook her head and I think I know why.
It’s not nice. Too dry. Too heavy.
Not what I imagined. A slightly crispy Yorkshire Pud? Not so, it is served as a wrap and should be avoided.
