STARTERS, SALADS AND MEALS

Apart from daily special dishes we have a standard menu which is as  follows:

-Pan-fried Halloumi served with a chili-fig relish and pita  pieces
-Vegetable Spring-rolls  coated in honey and served with a mild, sweet chili  sauce
-served as a  starter
-served as a main with a  side salad
-bungalô  salad:- Assorted lettuces with onion, cucumber, tomato, fresh  roasted
sunflower seeds, feta, olives and  vinaigrette
-French salad:- Assorted  lettuces with onion, cucumber, fresh herbs,
roasted  sesame seeds and  vinaigrette
-Mediterranean salad:- Basic salad topped with Fried Halloumi, Peppadew
and honey
Tramezzini served with a  French salad:-
-Bacon, cheese &  tomato.
-Bacon, homemade chili &  cheese.
-Spinach and mushroom with  cheese.
-Chicken and mushroom with  cheese.
(add Peppadew to  any of the above)
Cold fillings for Tramezzini:-
-Smoked Springbok  carpaccio with cream  cheese.
-Smoked  salmon trout with cream  cheese
Crêpes:- 2 French crepes with a choice of filling, topped with cheese,
and served with a fresh  salad:-
- Chicken and mushroom  or
- Spinach and mushroom in a béchamel  sauce.
Burrito:  Home-made flour tortilla wrapped around spicy beef, topped
with  cheese and then oven baked. Served with a  salad.
